June 21, 2024 United Counseling Service welcomes Jeff Lynch and Heidi Moore to board of directors Latest News United Counseling Service (UCS) is proud to welcome financial advisor Jeff Lynch and certified recovery coach Heidi Moore to its board of directors, led by Board President Robert Thompson. Jeff is recently retired and brings 40 years of banking experience to his role on the UCS board. He worked at Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Bank of America, and Citizens Financial Group, where he advised corporate clients throughout the northeast on capital structure and financing. Jeff is a board member of the Dorset Field Club, serving as chair of the Finance Committee and Treasurer and is an active board member of the Maple Hill Cemetery in Dorset, VT. Heidi is a Certified Recovery Coach at Turning Point Recovery Center of Bennington and Southwestern Vermont Medical Center. She facilitates a weekly women’s group and offers one on one private coaching for individuals on their recovery journey. She is a strong believer in the power of recovery for all and devotes her time to paying it forward by helping others. Heidi says, “I am honored and humbled to be the newest board member of UCS and will do my very best to contribute my strengths and knowledge to this very important organization.” Board Chair Bob Thompson stated, “it is with great pleasure our Board welcomes Heidi and Jeff. Their experience and fresh perspectives will enhance our strategic direction and governance.
