Summer Peacock serves as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. With a strong focus on collaboration and compliance, Summer partners with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring alignment with employment laws and organizational goals. Summer received her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. She is committed to continuous improvement and works to strengthen policies, support leaders, and enhance employee engagement across the organization.
