Kelly Kervan

Kelly Kervan serves as Chief Financial Officer at United Counseling Service and leads the agency in financial planning for its four corporations that include United Counseling Service and United Children’s Services, which administers Head Start and Early Head Start of Bennington County. Kelly brings over 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles to UCS, most recently retiring from a career at Williams College, where he served as Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Treasury Management, among other positions. He also served as Controller at WCW Inc. and Assistant Controller at H. Greenberg and Son. Kelly earned a Master of Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from North Adams State College. He was a guest speaker at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) and the Treasury Institute and serves as Treasurer of the Williamstown Faculty Club and member of the Sacred Heart/St. Francis Budget & Investment Committee.
