Danielle Gallen, JD, PHR, SHRM-CP

Danielle joined UCS in 2022 and directs all aspects of the Human Resource Function for the agency. She oversees her team of HR staff in handling employee relations, workforce and leadership development, retention and engagement initiatives, compensation and benefit administration, health and safety, policy development and compliance. 

Danielle has held HR leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, most recently running her own HR consulting firm. She specializes in conflict resolution, employee relations, and Diversity, Equity, Access, and Inclusion. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor (JD) from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. 

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Green Mountain Human Resources Association (GMHRA).
