Amy Fela

Amy has worked at UCS since 1999. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for overseeing the internal organizational processes and infrastructure while ensuring the organizational effectiveness in implementing strategic goals. She also serves as chair of the organization’s award-winning employee wellness program.
