Amie Niles

Amie Niles has been a part of United Counseling Service (UCS) since 2000. Beginning her career as a residential support provider in one of UCS’ Developmental Services group homes, she navigated her path through various departments, ultimately advancing into management roles within the organization. Amie received her bachelor’s degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Since 2016, she has served as a trainer in Mental Health First Aid and received the prestigious Peter D. Scully Award in 2020. In her role as Director of Operations, she oversees internal organizational processes and infrastructure, ensuring optimal effectiveness across the organization.
