DESCRIPTION:Join the more than 2.6 million First Aiders who have chosen to be the difference in their community. Learn how to support your friends\, family\, and neighbors. Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify\, understand\, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You’ll build skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. \nFriday\, November 13\, 9am-4pm. DESCRIPTION:UCS Developmental Services will host its annual Holiday Craft Fair on December 6 from 10am-3pm at Grace Christian School! Stop by for music\, food\, and lots of holiday shopping. \nAll proceeds directly benefit the Community Supports Program\, which helps individuals with developmental disabilities access meaningful experiences and connections in their communities. \nLocal artists and crafters are invited to join as vendors! Please contact Roxy at Riskowitz@ucsvt.org to sign up for a vendor table ($25 each). Vendor payments must be received by November 20 to confirm event participation.
