Virtual Shared Living Information Session

Shared living Providers (SLP) are contracted home providers who work with UCS to provide support and caring, stable homes for adults with developmental disabilities as they navigate their independent living journeys. Providers earn monthly tax-free income and room and board payments for each individual in their care. The UCS Shared Living Program seeks individuals, couples and families who reside in Bennington County, or in nearby towns in New York and Massachusetts, to provide caring homes, or be a roommate, for individuals with developmental disabilities.

During this information session, you will:

• Learn how the Shared Living Program works
• Hear firsthand from a current Shared Living Provider
• Get answers to you questions from our team
• Explore the support, training, and benefits available, including room and board and a tax-free stipend
