Family Vaccine Clinic

United Children’s Services will be offering Family Vaccine Clinics at our Park Street and Gage Street Locations.

Ages 6 months and up are eligible to receive COVID-19 Vaccine at this clinic.

All children MUST have parent or guardian present.

Vaccine 1 Wednesday, July 20 from 2-5:30pm

Vaccine 2 Wednesday, August 17 from 2-5:30pm
