Director of Children, Youth and Family Services Jenna Struble Jenna Struble comes to UCS with 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Jenna oversees all programming of the Children, Youth & Families division, including community-based services, youth-related crisis services, Healthy Options for Psychiatric Emergencies (HOPE House), school-based services, and transitional age youth programs for at-risk teens and young adults. She previously served as executive director of the New England Center for Circus Arts in Brattleboro, VT, and held leadership positions at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas and Amarillo YMCA in Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and graduated from Leadership Southern Vermont in 2023. Jenna is trained in crisis intervention, de-escalation, youth development, and multi-team leadership.
