Marlena will add a fresh perspective in the area of process improvement. Both will benefit the organization and the people we help in the community”.

“As a lifelong resident of Shaftsbury it’s rewarding to work for an organization that supports people who need help in the community,” said Thibodeau.

The UCS Facilities & Safety division has eight full time staff and is responsible for the maintenance and safety for 16 facilities and a fleet of 17 vehicles.

Pellon joins UCS with over 20 years of experience in project management and process improvement.
