Position: OFFICE MANAGER
Availability:Full time
Description:Under the supervision of the division director, the office manager organizes, supervises, directs and trains the staff of the Secretarial Support Services program and provides support services to the clinical staff. Plans and directs the daily scheduling and backup for the Secretarial Support staff. Coordinates and/or trains staff for assigned responsibilities and delegates authority appropriate to level of responsibility; monitors staff performance and conducts assessment and performance evaluations; interviews and recommends applicants to program manager for hiring; observes and enforces agency policies, procedures and standards within the department; oversees the accuracy and timeliness of monthly reports and ensures all required paperwork is completed; monitors all functions and responsibilities of the department and updates and/or develops new procedures, as necessary; provides coverage and backup to maintain administrative services; provides instructional and technical assistance in all aspects of the telephone system. Serves on staff committees as requested; and performs other duties as requested and/or necessary to ensure efficiency and cooperation
Prerequisites:Business and/or secretarial training required. Five years of business, secretarial experience, with supervision required. Typing & navigating computer skills, e-mail usage


Position: SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING PROVIDER
Availability:Full Time, benefit eligible
Description:You will support, encourage and teach independence in all areas of daily living to adults with developmental disabilities. You will teach these skills in the consumers’ homes and in the community. Will assist consumers with finances, cooking, grocery needs, shopping, home care, personal care, and education. You must be a team player with good communication skills.
Prerequisites:A high school diploma or equivalent is required as is a valid driver’s license.


Position: GROUP HOME SUPERVISOR

Description:Under the direction of CRES Division Director, the residential program manager is responsible for the operations of South Street Group Home, the supervision of group home staff, the case management of residents and adherence to regulations.
Prerequisites:Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other Human Services with three years relevant experience and at least on yr in a residential setting. An LPN with appropriate experience would be considered. Supervisory experience preferred. Typing and navigating, e-mail usage needed.


Position: PER DIEM CLINICIAN
Availability:Part time
Description:Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work or Rehabilitation Counseling or related field required in order to provide assessments, counseling and crisis stabilization for consumers in crisis as an alternative to hospitalization at crisis residential center and local hospital ER
Prerequisites:Licensure or certification in field and 2 year’s experience, some in crisis intervention , and valid, clean driver’s license required.


Position: RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT PROVIDER
Availability:Full time and part time days or evenings with every other weekend
Description:Assist with activities of daily living, self care, money management, dining, problem solving, interpersonal skills, leisure time, independent living and community integration for adults with developmental disabilities living in group homes. Serves as advocate for individual.
Prerequisites:High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.


Position: EMERGENCY CLINICIAN
Availability:Full time
Description:Provide assessment and counseling to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance abuse problems. Services may include individual, family, group, and relationship counseling. You will coordinate services with other agencies and providers. You will facilitate appropriate referrals for other services when necessary. You will provide emergency assessments at SVHC Emergency Room.
Prerequisites:. A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related counseling field. You must have a license or be on track to licensure, QMPH qualified.


Position: RN/NURSING HOME CONSULTANT
Availability:Part time, flexible hours
Description:The Psychiatric Nursing Home Consultant is an integral part of the consultation program that United Counseling Service maintains with area nursing homes. Under the supervision of the Division Director, the Consultant provides assessments, clinical interventions to patients of area nursing homes and provides supportive counseling sessions to those patients
Prerequisites:RN or BSN in nursing with related psychiatric experience. Valid Vermont Nursing license required.


Position: SUBSTANCE ABUSE/OUTPATIENT CLINICIAN
Availability:Full time
Description:Substance Abuse/Outpatient clinician will provide case management for clients with substance abuse problems and develop the appropriate intervention, treatment, and case management.
Prerequisites:MA or MSW in substance abuse or related field. 2-3 years experience in substance abuse field preferred. LADC or on track for licensure.


Position: RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR
Availability:Full time, benefit eligible
Description:Provides support, skill development and implementation of residential treatment plans in residential facility for clients diagnosed with major mental illness. Provides case management as assigned and serves as advocate for resident
Prerequisites:Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent and clean, valid driver’s license required.


Position: RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM SERVICES MANAGER
Availability:Full Time, benefit eligible
Description:Full time, benefit eligible. As a member of the CRES management team, responsibilities include direct supervision of residential program supervisors including recruiting, staff orientation, staff evaluations. Will develop programs and services for clients in residence. May provide individual and group therapy. Follows best practice and possesses understanding of rehabilitation and recovery model philosophy.
Prerequisites:. Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or other counseling field with supervisory experience in residential programs and clean, valid driver’s license required.


Position: COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER
Availability:Full time, benefit eligible. 37.5 daytime hours with flexibility to meet families needs and provide crisis coverage.
Description:Will develop and implement programs for children with behavioral and/or emotional challenges. Will provide supervision of clinicians and case managers including orientation and evaluations. Will coordinate and provide emergency services and general program services including clinical services for children and families.
Prerequisites:Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field; supervisory and program development experience; experience in working with children; clean, valid driver’s license required.
