ACCREDITATION

We work to improve the quality of life for those we serve, to assure that quality and accountability are translated through service into real outcomes for our clients.

UCS status as a "designated agency" is reaffirmed every three years by the State of Vermont. Since 1998, UCS has been accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which follows internationally recognized standards for client-focused care and best-practice methods.

UCS is committed to encouraging feedback, and continuously improving services.

UCS is also a member of the Behavioral Health Network of Vermont

and the Mental Health Corporation of America.
